Phyllisha is pursuing her Master of Social Work at Winthrop University and is expected to graduate December 2024. Phyllisha earned her Bachelor's of Experimental Psychology at the University of South Carolina-Upstate.

Phyllisha currently provides pro bono mental health services for children and families at Arise Wellness, LLC.

Phyllisha has six years of experience serving children and families as a family preservation case manager at the Department of Social Services. She specializes in strengthening and empowering families within the community.

She enjoys shopping, traveling, interior decorating, trying new things, and spending quality time with her daughter, family, and friends.
